for this interagency program, the New Mexico Department of Health/Long
Term Services Division (DOH/LTSD) is responsible for ensuring that
eligible children and their families receive services which are
delivered in accordance with state and federal requirements. Respite
services are also available for the families of eligible children

Vermont Division of Health Care Administration (DHCA) supports consumer
assistance, quality assurance over managed care plans, general regulatory

Division of Behavioral Health The Wyoming public mental health
system served almost 17,000 persons last year through 16 community
mental health centers (CMHCs) in all Wyoming counties. All CMHCs
are eligible to provide covered outpatient mental health services
under provider agreements with the state Medicaid agency. Recent
system planning and reform initiatives have enhanced services for
children and adolescents with serious emotional disorders and adults
with serious and persistent mental illness.
